    2. Delivery address, contact phone number, e-mail address and payment form for the purchased items are the necessary information of the order realization and completion.
    3. Each order is followed by a confirmation e-mail.

   Order realization:
    1. The order will be realized only when the product is available in stock. In case of partial unavailability, the customer is instantly notified by phone or an e-mail and may decide whether to wait or cancel the order.
    3. The customer has a right to cancel the order either by phone or the contact form on our website.
    4. The delivery is made by the Hermes, UPS or TNT at the address given by the customer.

    Delivery costs
    1. The delivery cost in our store is £3.99 (fixed cost). In case of purchases exceeding £50.00 – delivery is free of charge (UK only).

    We take any means necessary for our orders to be delivered as quickly as possible. In some cases, due to temporary unavailability of the product, waiting time might be longer than expected.
 General time of realization is one working day.  To check the delivery time it is necessary to read the product information in its description. Delivery time of each product is present in its description  - 'handling time'.

    2. In case of discovering any damage that could have occurred during the delivery or being unhappy with the product, the customer has the right to send the damaged product back to the address stated on the invoice.


The customer may return the product up to 7 days after its delivery without stating the cause.*
